Roy Roadifer is being presented a plaque for Rotarian of the Year for 2019 by Custer Rotary President Jill Kettle. Roy's support, and presents is being honored this year by being selected Rotarian of the Year. Roy has over 20 years of perfect attendance. Congratulations Roy!
