Bruce Schroeder, area engineer for the South Dakota Department of Transportation was the guest speaker at the July 20 meeting of the Custer Rotary Club. Schroeder gave updates on DOT projects in
the area and answered a lot of questions from club members. Club board member Karen Kraus presented him with the coveted club coffee mug after his talk.
